How am I going to survive the rest of this year? |
Johannesburg 1 July 2011
It is mid-way through 2011 and many of us are already exhausted and longing for the end-of-year break.
Why not have a small break on the 1st of July?
Come and join other exhausted – but excited – business people for a short talk, a scrumptious lunch and some networking. Who knows who you might meet – a new client, business partner or even a new friend.
Book yourself or even better – book the whole team. This session is for everyone who wants to enter the second half of the year with a set of new, practical survival skills.
It really is time for a "Pick me up!"
This session of fun, laughter and learning will have your batteries recharged in just 3 hours. You will also learn some valuable coping skills to keep yourself charged up for the rest of the race. At the end of the year you will say: "Wow, what a ride; I can't wait for the next one!"
We will start at 11h00, have lunch and networking from 12h00 to 13h00, have some more conversation till 14h00 and that’s it!
We will talk about:
- How to stop the rot (turn your mind around)
- How to develop a positively contageous personality
- How to fall in love with your present (the "now")
- How to develop a long term, balanced vision for – not just the rest of 2011 – but for your life
- How to deal with stress and pressure
- How to deal with the people that add to your daily frustrations
