Pressure is a part of everyday life. It can cause us to spring into action and perform well, but ongoing pressure (stress) can cause a multitude of problems.

We cannot get rid of all the stress triggers, but we can manage and conquer them!

In this workshop you will learn to identify those triggers and how to conquer them.

·              Relaxation techniques
·              How to identify and analyse the reasons (triggers) that cause stress – why certain events press your buttons
·              Eliminating destructive influences
·              Managing workloads by organising and prioritising
·              Avoid the stress of misunderstanding by using effective communication skills
·              The importance of goal setting in order to obtain focus
·              Problem solving
·              Decision making
·              Maintaining perspective
·              Achieving a balance between social, physical and mental/spiritual needs
·              Learning to deal with Difficult People

Pre-course: delegates will be asked to complete a questionnaire to identify their greatest stressors.
Post-course: delegates will be required to report back on steps taken to overcome problem areas
