This workshop will teach you how to use conflict to gain a better understanding of those that you are in conflict with, and to improve the relationship with them, thereby minimising the opportunities for further conflict.

Conflict is an inevitable part of life. Poorly managed, however, conflict can lead to de-motivation, staff resignations, bad morale and loss of productivity.
